Exactly what the doctor ordered!

I love these shoes. I just received them a few days ago and started wearing them straight away. They are really comfortable and just what the doctor (orthopaedist) ordered for flat feet/collapsed arches. I am an avid hiker and wear running shoes as hikers tend to be a bit stiff. For the past month my legs have been hurting a lot so I had to see an orthopedist. After reviewing my medical history and x-rays, I was diagnosed and prescribed 4 brands of elliptical machines for my specific workouts…

Durable shoes for strength and endurance training.

I wear size 10 cd (wide) in most shoes. I train light weight (12-35lbs) every day for a variety of HIIT, strength and endurance, and plyometric exercises. I wear them for 3 workouts and find them reliable shoes. Support and Fit: They're a little above the ankle on me so they push me off at lunch, but that's ok. Great for hiking, machines and cardio. Very stable shoes.

I am 5ft 6in, weigh 135lbs and am in good physical condition. I work out for about an hour every day, doing cross training and cardio. I've only bought Asics for the last five or six years, but I've found it less and less liking. Lack of sustainable options, wear out too quickly and poor sole quality.
