Review on πŸ‘Ÿ Black Women's Cross Training Shoes and Athletic Footwear by Women's Influence by Tania Swenson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Durable shoes for strength and endurance training.

I wear size 10 cd (wide) in most shoes. I train light weight (12-35lbs) every day for a variety of HIIT, strength and endurance, and plyometric exercises. I wear them for 3 workouts and find them reliable shoes. Support and Fit: They're a little above the ankle on me so they push me off at lunch, but that's ok. They won't slip off your heels when doing planks and push-ups, or standing and climbing. I find them true up to size 10 wide. I don't feel any pressure from left to right or top to bottom. performance and cushioning. For twists and turns, like samurai twists or curtseys, I find them solid and easy to balance. Jump rope and jump rope, if you're mostly on the ball of your foot, the ball of your foot is tight. No complaints. For leg workouts like squats, jump squats, single lunges, and deadlifts, I wanted more arch and cushioning in the heel. (Hence the four stars in the rating.) I find the shoe very flexible for lunges and calf raises when transitioning from flat to toe and back. Overall this is a solid shoe for my training. It offers good support and good cushioning.
