2nd unit. I sent the first one back as it wasn't tight. No problems with the company or Revain. Same problem on 2. The instructions that came with the unit are terrible and that's the problem. After watching numerous videos on YouTube, we found the problem. When pushing or inserting the vacuum bag into the device, DO NOT DRIVE TO THE END. There are two black plastic tabs that protrude into the device where you insert your pouch. MAKE SURE YOU DON'T PUSH THE BAG IF THEY WALK PAST YOU. Your bag should just touch you. Then everything works like a dream. 5 stars for the device and 1 star for the instructions. Worth every penny.
