I ordered a 15A Male to 30A Female Adapter but received a 15A Male to 50A Female Adapter. The return process has been started and a new adapter has been sent to arrive the next day. Of course not. At that point I needed a solution. We were selling a camper van and the buyer wanted to hook it up to 110 to make sure the air conditioning and fridge worked and luckily I was able to find a 30 to 50 amp adapter and I still had the original 15 to 50 amp Ampere adapters . which I have received and have not returned yet. So we got it working and the customer bought a camper and took both adapters with them. I have a pending refund but there doesn't seem to be a way to cancel it. I hope it expires and my payment just goes through. A replacement came yesterday, and again not the same, 15 times 50 amps instead of 15 times 30 amps. I'm not very surprised. The item was manufactured by Revain and I suspect something is wrong with the item's coding on the website and what is in stock. My bad rating is based on principle. When you put something up for sale it can often happen quickly and suddenly you have a buyer. When you order something, you expect it to be exactly as described. The benefit of ordering online and Prime is that you get what you need the next day. But if it's not the right product and you have to spend half a day searching for the right product, skipping work and everything else that's important to you, then there's no point in ordering online and ordering Prime. I spent a lot of time calling and then driving to hardware stores and RV dealers to find the right adapter. You may be surprised that these things are not readily available in my area, which is one of the reasons for ordering online. I had to make compromises. Therefore I expect to receive the product as described on the website and nothing else. And I expect Revain to get it right the second time around. That's too much to expect from a $13 item.
