Review on πŸš— Hikity 7 Inch Double Din Car Stereo: Touch Screen, Bluetooth, USB, AUX-in, TF Card, Mirror Link, Backup Camera, Remote Control by Gerald Munajj

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The radio serves its purpose, but with a few shortcomings.

This is a good buy for the money but I've had a few glitches. That's why I gave it three stars instead of one. 1st bad thing. The manual that came with it was for a different model. 2) Although the instruction manual included a similar model, it was VERY confusing, especially regarding the rear camera. Luckily I found some YouTube videos that helped me. 3) After installation, the remote control on the steering wheel did not work. No matter which key I pressed, it increased the volume. I have contacted the company and time will tell if they get it right. 4) There were no brackets in the kit like some other radios. 5) Sometimes when I touch the screen to change the radio station, that station is reprogrammed to another station. I still don't understand why that is. Thankfully, that doesn't always happen, but when it does, it's frustrating. Now for some good stuff. It looks well installed which took a little time. The radio works. Even if it's not a very good picture, the rear camera works. I have a radio connected to four 6.5 inch speakers and it performs well and sounds good. That's why I gave it three stars instead of five.
