I live in a humid climate and needed a way to protect my expensive knives. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened my package with the folding back of a HERSENT chef's knife. I immediately noticed the processing, the role was very durable. The canvas material was quite heavy and looked very well sewn. I was able to assemble all four knives perfectly, including the 8 inch chef's knife and my large cleaver. I also felt that they couldn't penetrate the material at all even without the guards on the blade tips. As advertised, the bag rolls into a nice tight roll with a small drawstring for easy and safe transport. I was very happy with my purchase, I felt it was worth the money.
