I liked the product, I did not need the EHS cable
I liked the headset itself, but it turned out that I didn't need the EHS cable for my Avaya model 9508 phone. I'll be returning the kit and just buy the CS540 separately. Comfortable and easy to wear, sometimes I forget I'm wearing it. East to fit left or right ear and available in different sizes to support the ear. Definitely recommend. I felt an instant relief on the back of my neck not having to hold the phone to my ear to free my hands to type. Should have bought this a few years ago.
