Just what I needed?

A simple toggle latch that was installed on my HP Grizzley 2 dust collector as part of my transition from a bag filter to a 0.3 micron Wynn pleated paper filter. Reading about the update in Fine Woodworking Mag and how they twisted the plywood rings doesn't seem very elegant. Using these clips saved me from making another ring of plywood and I can install and remove the filter without tools. Rivets were used for attachment and the Wynn filter already had a nice hard steel rim on the bottom. Now that's an elegant solution.
