This is just perfect. I wasn't sure I'd like the ivory binding but it's so pretty. Somehow it almost reminds me of birch bark, but with cloth. It is masculine, simple and elegant at the same time. I like it as a prayer journal to pray for my son every year. There is room for his birth story and milestones, but it is primarily a journal and a prayer guide to pray for your son. It is a gift for him one day when he graduates and will be able to see and read all your prayers for many years to come. It is as much a gift to me as it is to his mother to meditate, pray and remember as I scroll back. It's just a great gift for a new mom!
