The trimmer was fine for the first 3 months I had it. Then I had to move a long way. Four days after arriving at my new location I plugged in the charger as it was dead (understandably having been unplugged during the move). I let it charge overnight. Tried turning it on the next day. Nothing. So I let it charge. Nothing later. I also had problems with the switch. It turned out to be stuck. But finally switched to the "On" position. After a week of no response from the trimmer, I requested a refund. It might just be a coincidence and you might be luckier than me, but that's my experience with this trimmer. I'm glad the support person understood that too. It was fun while it lasted.
