Dangerous and defective

If I could give this product a negative review I would. After several months of light use in our living room, a family member who was relaxing in the room suddenly came into my home office one evening, obviously very excited. Well this device made a loud bang and started smoking/smoldering resulting in burning carpets and toxic gases and if left unchecked this is a potentially very dangerous situation.

Pros

6-in-1 USB desktop power adapter with 3 widely spaced power outlets and 3 USB device ports. The sockets are spaced far enough apart to allow large plugs to be inserted without jamming each other
