I would say it's a 'you get what you pay for' scenario where I bought a clearly cheap product, but this product isn't cheap. It has a nice design and the features I was looking for, but it's clearly a cheap piece of crap with a hefty price tag. The display failed after 3 months and I couldn't get support from the seller so as a long time Prime member Revain did me a favor and allowed a replacement. The seller sent a replacement in the wrong color (grey instead of the black I originally ordered). The box was printed in gray but the barcode was marked in black (poor inventory control). I had to go through the difficult returns process again and don't you know they sent another mislabeled gray unit! I just bit the bullet and used grey. Then the power supply failed for several weeks. I have contacted the seller at the email address provided in the manual/materials sent with the device. The email was returned as undeliverable due to an invalid email address. I then went to the iHome website and emailed support asking how and where to purchase a replacement. They didn't even reply to my email. Then I remembered I had the original power supply and the clock radio worked again. This lasted about 3 months and now the iPhone wireless charging is not working which is the main reason I bought this device. Oh, and if you love waking up randomly in the middle of the night to wireless charging turning on and off, repeating a beep each time, then this sleep depriver device is for you. This quirky feature taught me to put my phone in the EXACT position every night, and yet at no time of the night did it affect the intermittent charging and beeping. What disappointing junk. The seller and manufacturer should be ashamed of this product and their blatant disregard for customer support. This will be the LAST iHome product I will purchase and I encourage you to do the same. I can't be more dissatisfied with this product, manufacturer and seller.
