Just received these glasses, so first impression. Wow! When I took these glasses out of my pocket and looked at them, the first thing I noticed was that the reflection from the kitchen window was blue. So I turned her over and looked at the same reflection in the window and it wasn't blue. My unscientific opinion is that they block blue light. I then tried them on and they fit perfectly with my everyday glasses and seem very comfortable. Mr. great-grandson says I don't look as scary as the others. Sleep problems don't bother me. I have macular degeneration and dry eyes, so the blue light from my phone and iPad stings my eyes, and many other blue blockers don't work or don't match my glasses. So far they have passed all tests.
