I've had them for several weeks - and they .

I've been wearing them for a few weeks now and they really help me fall asleep quickly at night - it used to take me ages to calm down. I bought fittings because I remove my contact lenses before bed, but I had no idea how heavy they would be (combined with my glasses of course). I have a narrow face and they just slip off my nose when I even look down. I'm worried that light might come from above when they slide down. But despite this concern, they really help!

This thing is magic. I've been using it since I bought it, maybe a month. I'm trying to break the habit of turning off my phone/iPad at night, but it's not that easy. This means my eyes aren't limited to looking at my phone/iPad or watching a movie (if I'm doing it at night). It has helped me fall asleep faster. I wish I had received it sooner. I bought one for my two teenagers and my husband. My teens are used to wearing it but my husband loves it.

cheap material best in computer accessories and peripherals

I bought two pairs of goggles because I work a lot in front of the computer. The initial effect was great. I felt my eyes were less tired. Then a few weeks later my glasses started falling apart. At first I thought I mishandled it as I need to adjust the glasses to my regular glasses. Didn't pay much attention to it since I had a second pair. But then the same thing happened. The shackles broke in the area of the hinges but not in the linkage itself, the plastic shackle around the hinge broke…

Easy to fit over my prescription lenses.

I'm a language professor and writer and have been sitting in front of a computer lamp for five to six hours a day or more since 1982. I was recently diagnosed with macular degeneration, not serious but caught my attention. I don't want to quit my job so I bought these glasses to wear prescription lenses. They work well, last and definitely help my eyes feel more relaxed. I think I'll grab a second pair to keep in my office and then buy a regular pair for when I want to use my reading tablet…

Don't block the blue light on the sides, cheap plastic frames

There are two major downsides to this price point.1. The frames are VERY cheap plastic - I was expecting a much stronger frame for the price. They look more like $5 sunglasses. Very worried they will break.2. Don't block the side light. If you work on the computer or watch TV with no other light sources, that's fine. However, if there are other room lamps around you, this will not help you. For this review, I wear them for a week, starting about 2 hours before bed. It seems that when the…

Life changing for computer accessories and peripherals

I have had a brain injury and been diagnosed with chronic vertigo where my vision is blurred and I have dizziness like symptoms in large or busy places like supermarkets. Before the injury, I played video games professionally. I bought a pair of shooter glasses that at least helped me play video games again. My relationship was so bad that I thought about suicide almost every day because I was a prisoner of my own body. I ended up stopping the shooters, so I bought them to put on glasses and…

First impression: computers and accessories

Just received these glasses, so first impression. Wow! When I took these glasses out of my pocket and looked at them, the first thing I noticed was that the reflection from the kitchen window was blue. So I turned her over and looked at the same reflection in the window and it wasn't blue. My unscientific opinion is that they block blue light. I then tried them on and they fit perfectly with my everyday glasses and seem very comfortable. Mr. great-grandson says I don't look as scary as the…

Overpriced cheap junk. Right after three pairs.

When I first got these glasses I realized I had been scammed. Everything about them exuded cheapness and low quality. They thought they were lucky to last a year. Well, luck isn't on my side, and they only lived together for three months before breaking up. Kudos to Swanwick for hooking up another gullible consumer. Just to make it clear to anyone who buys them. They're paying $39 to $59 for cheap plastic junk, which costs about $9 and will likely cost Swanwick about $1.50 to manufacture…
