There are two major downsides to this price point.1. The frames are VERY cheap plastic - I was expecting a much stronger frame for the price. They look more like $5 sunglasses. Very worried they will break.2. Don't block the side light. If you work on the computer or watch TV with no other light sources, that's fine. However, if there are other room lamps around you, this will not help you. For this review, I wear them for a week, starting about 2 hours before bed. It seems that when the peripheral lights are turned off they help and I fall asleep faster. They fit well over my glasses. And quite comfortable to wear.
