IF YOU ARE USING GOOGLE CLOUD PRNT: I bought this for my mother who uses a Chromebook. In the delivery state, it is NOT registered under chrome://devices (after successful WLAN setup). The printer does not appear as a device. I reset the printer and still unsuccessful. After setting up the WiFi again, I connected to the printer (using a Chromebook) using its IP address. I was able to update the printer firmware using this wireless connection method (Google Chrome browser). After a successful firmware update, the printer could be seen (and registered) in chrome://devices. I was then able to print using Google Cloud Print.
