I used to shop for party decorations separately but I found it much easier to buy a set as it saves me a lot of time and gives me an idea of what the decoration will look like and will only add to the fun of planning a party and the party itself. The colors in the set are bright and colorful as shown in the picture. I actually used it for an adult birthday party and then reused the flowers and heart garland to thank the volunteers. With 20 balloons I used 10 each time and it was just right. I can actually use colorful garlands again as they are easy to raise and lower and easy to hang. I recommend trying this set - it's high quality and perfect for decorating my party!
