Review on JBL Splashproof Portable Bluetooth Speaker by Sharon Griffin

I've had the speaker for a little over a year. At first I was very satisfied. Superb sound quality with tremendous bass depth for something so small. I only use the speaker twice a week and when I'm done I always leave it charged. Charging problems arose in no time. The next time you turn on the speaker, the charge is so low that it glows red even though it's off. I then had further problems trying to charge the speaker. I'd have to wiggle the cable in the charging port and cross my fingers. This worked for a while after the mod. Today the speaker is immune to any kind of cable shake and refuses to charge, leaving me with an expensive JBL paper load.
