The best thing about this tool is that you can use all of its features with just one click - everything from creating new channels (or even replying directly), through notifications or bots creation up until integrations setup! It's also very easy once integrated into slack as well since there are plenty examples out their which makes learning curve really low if compared against other tools like zapier/zoomchat etc..

I have not encountered any downsides so far but would love feedbacks regarding pricing plan too :) definitely worth trying especially considering how good they support both enterprise level companies along side small startups at no extra costs unlike some platforms where prices increase dramatically when using more than 3 users within same organization limit.
