The shampoo I ordered smells like the right shampoo but the consistency is weird. It stays like a solid gel and does not spread or lather at all. I cannot get it in my hair. I even tried diluting it with water but it does not help much. When I buy it from the store in smaller bottles it seems different. Is everyone's consistency like this?
