I worked with this team of freelance developers for the last 2 years. In my experience, they were great at communicating deadlines and getting the job done. When there was a delay due to unexpected circumstances, they were always upfront and apologetic. They were reliable and I never had any concerns that they wouldn't meet my expectations. The hourly rate is fair and the projects were interesting and rewarding. It has become a trusted source for project outsourcing. They do work very fast (usually) - so if you have a tight deadline it's best to hire them. Otherwise you will wait forever. But communication between client & developer(s) is key. If you want good quality code then make sure you communicate clearly before signing off your contract! And finally don't forget to add some extra time into the schedule just in case things take longer than expected.
