Old product, has worked well in the past. Has it been on the shelf too long or was it a "lemon "?
I have bought and used several of these toothbrushes over the years. The product was recommended to me by my dental hygienist and I really like how it cleans my teeth. All in all, they've lasted at least two years each, if not three, with battery changes of course. However, this only lasted a little over two months! New batteries didn't change anything. I can't find it in retail anymore so I ordered it online. Is it on the shelf too long? I threw away the packaging so I don't know about the warranty. Should I look for another brand? Or will this seller send me a replacement?
