Excellent Customer Service and Software Updates

We have used sensmob for several years now, both internally in our business as well as with clients. The customer service has been outstanding from beginning to end. All too often software companies say they are working hard at getting better but don't follow through. I can tell you that is not true about sensmob! They always seem to be improving their product by adding new features or updating old ones. Sometimes it takes them some time to get things figured out so give them enough lead-time to ensure they do what they said they would. Be sure to take advantage of all the training offered. If you need help learning how to use the system then ask someone who already knows. You will spend less time figuring everything out if you just let someone else show you how it's done.
