Easy to use and easy to rinse off. Knowing that it doesn't contain any harmful chemicals is good motivation to use it. You can start selling them in larger bottles/in larger quantities. I feel like I'm harming the environment by throwing away such good plastic bottles after using shampoo as it runs out pretty quickly. I recycle them but still want to use them for as long as possible. They could probably come up with a larger refill bottle that people could fill into their current smaller bottles.
