Review on Kahtoola FBA_KT04 16 FG01 K 10 Hiking Crampons by Tim Ram

Before I start this review, please note that I purchased this from the Fuel for Adventure seller. If there is one word to describe this seller, it is amazing. For starters, by purchasing micro spikes/cats from REI. For the last 5 years I've been hesitant to buy Revain cleats/micro cleats because one of the micro cleats I've bought that had really good reviews failed to walk. In the snow. Having vowed not to buy micro cleats/cramps here, my friend recommended I try the Kahtoola K10 as they match the flexible hiking boots I had. Since I have heavy and stiff mountaineering shoes, I would look for other alternatives to crampons that could be used with my other hiking boots that I would use for non-technical mountaineering trips. When I receive the first item, the seller will redeem me after my original order was damaged. They will also reply one day after the message and solve the problem. I strongly recommend everyone to buy devices from this seller as they are trustworthy. I will definitely buy my future devices from this seller. Addendum: Got a replacement today. They look brand new and undamaged. Update February 11, 2020 I've just used them on Baden Powell Mountain, Cucamonga Peak, Timber Mountain and Baldy Mountain and they work great. The only drawback is the conspicuous rust on the cat bar. Also, they are really good in snow and ice conditions.
