Review on Cobalt by Josh Schaefer

It's easy to use from any device with an internet connection (mobile or desktop). We have been able to effectively communicate during emergency events without having to rely on email chains that can be hard to keep up with due to volume of messages being sent out at once. I wish there was more customization available when it came to assigning roles within our organization as well as customizing notifications so we could better identify who should receive them depending on their role/responsibility within the event management process. This has allowed us to quickly respond to issues while also providing transparency into what each person did throughout the course of the day / shift.
