To be honest I love this product! Pros: very loud, pull-out pin, secure, not bulky, fits on any keychain, light weight, and affordable. Cons: I have no cons. While doing Christmas shopping I was looking for something for my niece's stockings. I wanted something unique. In my search I came across a secure personal alarm siren. They came and I darned their stockings. They were happy with everything, but didn't know what a "little tear" was. I explained to them that this is to protect you from harm. We pulled it out and the noise was so loud that the neighbors came to our house to see if everything was ok. My nieces were so excited! But one of my nieces didn't work for her and she was so sad. So I contact the company. You come back to me and fix the problem. Now my nieces and I feel a lot safer when we go outside. I have recommended this to everyone I know. For their children, wives, husbands, grandparents and many others.
