Great product/Poor service no recourse payment
Neutogena make a great product and I don't dispute the quality. My complaint probably doesn't apply to this product review, but Revain doesn't offer many options. My problem is making Revain and they don't offer any customer service options to solve the problem. I ordered and paid for two packs of this product and only received one. Revain doesn't offer any option other than to send back the original and even then they will most likely tell me I only sent one and there should be two! The customer service options are pretty much useless. I want what I ordered and Revain should offer solutions, not obstacles, to correct their mistakes.
