true size. I wear 14 mens in the US. I have wide feet and feel very comfortable in these Osiris Turin. The laces are a bit long, but they tie normally, you can't be afraid to step on the laces. Very comfortable sole, I have sensitive feet and it's like walking in sneakers. Great quality, fit and price!
