Review on Hamilton Beach 67608 Big Mouth Juice Extractor: Premium Stainless Steel (Discontinued) for Large Batches of Fresh Juice! by Robert Jaskolski

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Start drinking juice and stop looking back

I don't know if this is your wife's best gift (it's hinting) but I bought it for my wife for her birthday . I didn't know anything about juicing except that you put fruit in and the juice comes out. I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on things we may or may not use (most small gadgets we buy collect dust). So I went for something with good reviews at an affordable price. Pros: Great juicer that squeezes juice out of whatever you throw in. It is so easy. No fuss, just juice. Cons: noisy!, washing is not a pleasure. Summary: I believe there is a formula that rates juicers by the amount of juice extracted from fruits and vegetables, but I have nothing to compare this device to. My friend has $400 juicers that are said to be the best in the world, but I could buy four of them for one of them. It takes a little longer to clean than I think, but using plastic bags in the "trap" helps with cleaning. Juicing is expensive and I don't think it's worth investing that much in a machine if it doesn't produce more juice. Again, I can't tell you how much juice you'll get from any specific fruit or vegetable. I bought 6 packs of glass bottles with blue plastic caps here at Revain (too expensive) but this is the only option for those in good health. on the run. You can also buy glass bottled Voss water and reuse it for a cheaper price.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Not trendy
