My daughter loves this watch. She is six years old and can use it alone, including dressing and undressing. She loves games and photography. I wish they had given more detailed instructions on how to remove the back cover so I could put in a memory card (not included) but I figured it out. I used a butter knife with a very dull blade to carefully remove it and the trick to reactivating it is to turn the clock off and back on once it's installed. Now check "Photos" or the "Camera" app to make sure it's still not asking for a memory card, and then you'll know you can attach the back of your watch and you're done. Lackluster instructions aside, this watch is 100% what it was supposed to be. She also likes the flash feature. I've compared them to other top kids watches and I'm really glad we chose this one.
