The perfect replacement part as it promises. I would give 5 stars if the engine was made a little quieter! However, it's a quick and almost painless part replacement that avoids replacing the entire fan and enjoy the fun that can be fun! I used tape around the metal edges to reduce possible metal-to-metal vibration. This combined with the rubber washer where the light bolts really knocked down the vibration noise.
