I've been using these pillows and a few other types for over two decades. and I keep going back to the original. Original = similar, but. This particular pillow I received this time is different. The original looked the same but had memory foam inside. This is filled with air. The memory foam was much more comfortable and the air-filled foam was rock hard. This is not enough for my comfort. As for suckers. The suction cups almost never work. If the pillow is new maybe. a little. Just don't rely on them and expect them to work. this is the case with EVERY product. But when you take a bath, you don't really need suction cups - just place the pillow where you want it and lie down. The constant pressure when lying down keeps the pillow in place. As for drying. I live in a dry area so it's not a problem. The pillow dries well. After a year of bathing twice a day, it's really clogged with water and covered with mold. At that point I throw it away and buy a new one. So I don't know if Inflated Air is something new or "fake" but that's why I gave it such a low rating. Terrible.
