It's OLED for sure, I powered it via USB-C and connected it to my computer with an HDMI cable. 10 bpc for IPS monitors) I had to go into the nvidia settings (may be different for Intel and AMD graphics) and make sure you changed the color settings to 12 bpc instead of the usual 8 bpc for the color output depth. This allows your graphics card to tell your new OLED screen how to deliver rich blacks and vibrant colors. At 8 bits per channel it only allows "LCD" quality color because I think that's all it can handle. With 12 bits per channel you can have "more colors" in my opinion.
