Review on Floerns Womens Flower Sleeve Multicolor Women's Clothing for Dresses by Lauren Lewis

I bought a medium size navy blue dress (5ft 6in, 130lbs) and it's a bit baggy in the waist, too short in the arms and extra Material where to button the dress makes no sense. Tie in front or back? I hate giving things back so I just give them away or maybe wear them with my sleeves rolled up. I will say that the dress is a good length (slightly shorter) and a nice design.
