I have a tiny wrist that was damaged where I had to apply ice frequently. This packaging was great - a little big for my wrist and hand but that ice pack feature is god sent. Very, very cold when you first wrap your wrist. It actually hurt, it was so cold against my skin, BUT I took it on and off until it was bearable, wrapping it all the way around my wrist. I have often slept with a bandage to keep my wrist steady. Do not overtighten to stop circulation. Breathable material, excellent appearance. I love this product and continue to use it when my wrists feel sore. Great if you're an athetic (which it turns out) - haven't tried it warm yet, I find the frosting to be a lot more healing. My wrist is almost 100%. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with wrist injuries!
