Love this thing. It's great for hand/wrist pain and stays on top. Def is recommended to anyone who needs an ice surface. My wrist is very small and it still fits well. It will also be good on a large wrist.

It really helped relieve my carpal tunnel, thumb and post surgery pain in my spine. The only reason I gave it five stars instead of four is that it's a bit large and difficult to squeeze on your wrist to give you the benefits of ice.

I recently broke my wrist. This item is fine; but, video or instructions would be nice. I tried to register my product as per the purchase insert; However, the website continued to reject my email. What you can't see in the photo is the open palm. It's an uncomfortable fit; but the heating and icing ability is very comfortable. I'm still in pain but it's helping. My arm was so sore and I saw that the cold helped. I bought this on a whim hoping it would help. It reduced the pain in my wrist/thumb that day and I felt a lot better after a few days of use. I ordered this item because I thought it would be great for supporting my wrist after spraining it. I thought a serving of ice packs would be a huge relief bonus, but I find the "wrapping" very uncomfortable. I bought this bandage to treat a flare-up of tendonitis in my forearm/wrist. The compression combined with ice really helped my recovery. The bandage itself is soft and elastic, allowing you to apply the compression however you like. position and adjust to your hand. I don't know anything about the health claims of the copper in the product, but honestly that would just be icing on the cake if it actually made a difference.
