I ordered this item because I thought it would be great for supporting my wrist after spraining it. I thought a serving of ice packs would be a huge relief bonus, but I find the "wrapping" very uncomfortable. It doesn't provide enough support for a sprained wrist, and an ice pack is too cold for your skin, even with a bandage. The thumb hole feels awkward, I was really looking forward to something that would provide support while wearing it at work, but that doesn't quite add up. It is best to ice and then back to the dressing.
