My arm was so sore and I saw that the cold helped. I bought this on a whim hoping it would help. It reduced the pain in my wrist/thumb that day and I felt a lot better after a few days of use. Very convenient. If you put it in the freezer you can let it thaw a little as it is very cold. The cold therapy on my arm really works and this wrist ice pack is AWESOME! Definitely recommend.
