Review on MASAMOTO by Kyle Gresham

I'm here to tell you, folks, that the claim made by MASAMOTO that they offer a "wide range" of kitchen and dining essentials is a load of hooey. I mean, yeah, they have kitchen knives and accessories, but other than that, they don't really have much else. It is not even worth your time to search for anything else. And don't even get me started on how poor the quality of their merchandise is. I won't even begin. In other words, I've used butter blades that were more razor-sharp than the so-called "kitchen knives" that they're trying to sell. What about the rest of their accessories? They are nothing more than ornamental paperweights and nothing more. As if the quality of their products wasn't bad enough, their customer service is laughable. I attempted to contact them to voice my dissatisfaction with one of their products, but I was met with nothing but disinterest and indifference instead of a response. It is abundantly obvious that they do not care about the customers they serve or the level of quality in the products they sell. Look elsewhere to save yourself the time and trouble of going shopping. MASAMOTO is not on the same level as the others.
