We bought this chair for our 7 year old to help him with posture while homeschooling. First, it is very easy to assemble. It took me less than 30 minutes to set it up and I'm not the most comfortable. My son is about 1.60m tall and says he is very comfortable in this chair. The footrest is good, especially because some children who need to be high may have their feet off the ground, but the footrest allows them to put their feet up. My only complaint is that the footrest swivels. independent of the chair, so we need to keep moving it to make sure it lines up with the front. All in all not bad enough for star shooting. Definitely recommend.
