This will save your life. Here are some highlights to remember: No more than 2 people should use the chair at the same time. Don't kick the chair. Don't leave the chair. We bought this chair for our 7 year old to help him with posture while homeschooling. First, it is very easy to assemble. It took me less than 30 minutes to set it up and I'm not the most comfortable. My son is about 1.60m tall and says he is very comfortable in this chair.
