I used this product for portrait and video shooting. I used a green screen background and was able to adjust (3) lights to get rid of the shadow and screen flood, keeping the background even. This was at full brightness and 56k color. I used tripod weights to keep the center of gravity low. Although the headlights are bright, I didn't want any accidents. The bag holds everything, I wish the flashlight pockets were padded as the metal tripods sit next to the flashlights and are only separated by nylon. I find a sheet of foam that I put in between for extra protection.
