Really easy to use and enjoyed the process. Don't start without a plan. I took out all the old spices and marked their names in the list. Then apply the stickers while the jars are still in the box. Then fill the jars separately with spices. Use a table knife to remove the lids. Really quick process and not too messy. As other reviewers have said, the funnel sucks, that part needs fixing. Maybe not foldable, but smooth plastic so the spices don't get caught? The funnel bugs weren't too bad compared to the simple can making process and an overall great product. I'm glad I ordered this product and may be ordering another rack in a year or two because I used 20 cans! Highly recommended for young professional kitchens, but can also be useful for advanced chefs if they have cupboard space. I would recommend this to everyone!
