Review on Impressions Vanity Hollywood Professional Tabletop by Dewey Tory

Purchased It was exactly the mirror she wanted. The mirror arrived in perfect condition but one lightbulb was completely broken. Customer service isn't great, they were nice but they told me I had to go through the Revain store to return the bulb (which is annoying since the description on this page says I go straight to the Impressions Vanity store should go for customer service). They basically told me if I want a new lightbulb I can buy it on their website. I didn't want to deal with the back and forth, so I relented and bought the one lightbulb I needed for $10. Very upset but had to do it so she could get her present. Also, the mirror is so beautiful and perfect, she loved it! I wish I could give an extra star but I was really let down by the unhelpful customer service.
