Conceptually this is a cool game. No assembly or batteries required. There are no electronic beeps. It has a small footprint. However, there are some issues that prevent this from being great. The surface of the hockey page was slightly discolored (see photo and note the white spots - they are ubiquitous on this page). Of course, this doesn't affect gameplay, but I'd be very upset if I bought it as a gift (and for that much money!). The elastic launchers definitely do the job; They throw small plastic pucks right off the board. It requires skill—a skill younger children are unlikely to possess. The shuffleboard side looks even better but still needs a light touch. For the price, I'm not sure it's worth it, especially since I don't see the elastic cords used for running indefinitely.
