I was very pleased to find this at such a good price. They can cost anywhere from $60 to $70 at specialty stores. Unfortunately, after a month of use, intermittent problems occur. For the most part it works great, but sometimes it just doesn't work anymore. It looks like there is a bad connection somewhere because if I just squeeze the top and bottom plastic pieces together it works again. I hope this is what I have and it's not a common problem because if this one fails at all I'll probably buy another one. On the plus side, it was really easy to program and you only need to apply moderate pressure to the buttons for them to work.
