I just received a new baby carrier (large) for my KITTY. He is quite long (22 inches from nose to buttocks) and weighs 12 pounds. My previous cats did not do well in traditional carriers when visiting the vet. When we get there they are so angry they are heartbroken and as pissed off as they can be! But I think it will work very well. He was so calm that I dragged him in without my husband's help, no less. I like the "just in case" seat belt (hold onto the collar) and he liked sticking his head out. But if he wants to hide in his carrier at the vet's, he still has room to tuck his head in. Looks like he really enjoyed it! I'll comment later after we go to the vet and give my report. Hello again. Since my first review we have had several visits to the vet. My kitten really likes it - it's handy for him to be locked in this bag when he's at the vet, but not in a stretcher for me. Half the time it burrows in and the rest of the time it looks out. It was a great purchase!
