Review on 📻 QYT KT-8900D: Compact Dual Band Car Radio Mobile Transceiver with VHF UHF and Mini Design by Jeff Kersey

The radio works well despite its limited power and I've had good audio signals through the repeater for over 30 miles. The main disadvantage, however, is that the display can hardly be seen in daylight. I've tried all the color combinations on the display, but it just isn't bright enough. The menu is very easy to navigate and has many nice features, notably the one button control between 4 frequencies. It may be okay if you can set it low in a shaded area, but somewhere near a light source or reflection and you can't see the display.
