This is butcher paper

This is excellent butcher paper. No coating, just plain old butcher paper. Appears to be of high quality. I also smoke some brisket and pork thighs in the smoker. As some others have said, you lose a foot or two to the sticky glue in the beginning, but everything goes smoothly after that. A little cutting tip: if you have one of those envelope or bag openers you can use it to cut this stuff very straight. The same goes for good scissors. The paper comes in a rolled box. There is no dosing method in the box, just a free roll in it. If you have your own like many restaurants do, that's one thing. Otherwise you are dealing with a loose roll. It would be nice if it came in a box with a blade that could be used to dispense the product. However, most butcher papers are also available in a roll like this one. This does not detract from the product itself, but only from the usability. I see nothing wrong with this butcher paper. I am very satisfied and will probably order again in the future. I will only buy one dispenser for this because I use it a lot. They can be pretty cheap. UPDATE: Butcher paper is perfect and works exactly as expected. Added some pics of pork shoulders in my smokehouse, wrapped twice in this paper. Then a picture of the inner packaging showing all the juices being held by the paper. I forgot a clear picture of how great the shoulders came out, but two of them were just scraps. The meat came out absolutely perfect with that butcher paper.
